Spring rolls are a savory appetizer that was first created in China during the Eastern Jin Dynasty 265 AD UNTIL 420 AD. The inspiration for the creation of this very tasty dish was the coming of spring, which is why they are also called SPRING ROLLS. In its original form, spring rolls did not have the shape we know them now, but were more like pancakes ,thin circle cakes.
On the other hand, the recipe I have prepared for you is not the classic recipe, but their sweeter and healthier version of them. Since they are baked in the oven instead of the pan. So, it has less fat and calories. Despite this, they do not miss anything from the normal spring rolls they are the same delicious and crispy rolls we all love .
