FOR THE PIES
- We begin with the stuffing .Importand note →I recommend buying the ready pupkin slices because will save you plenty of time and you will not have to get in the trouble processing the fresh pupkin to have those slices. But if you want the fresh pupkin because it hasn’t include any attitives go for it .Just saying if you want to make your life easier whatever choise you make am with you .
- When you have ready your pupkin slices , you should slightly mash them ,in any way you prefer .
- Strain your mashed pupkin with a towel to remove almost all or the 80% of the water that your pupkin has .
- You take the solid part ie your mushed pupkin that you have in your towel ( now with non watter in it ).Put it in a bowl and add all the other ingredients of the recipe.Except the pastry sheets and the butter that we will ad later in the composition .
FOR THE COMPOSITION
- Spread the filling in the center of your pastry sheet , butter your sheet and wrappe in roll and in the and in snail shape .
- Transfer your pies to oiled tin – tray and follow the same procedure for each pie seperately.
- Sprinkle the remaining butter on the rolls and put them in the oven at 180 o c for 60 minuted
- As soon as the rolls have turned into a nice golden color ion top , remove them from the oven and pour the cold syrup on the hot rolls .
- We let them absorb all the syrup for 1 hour .Its a lot of time i know but we have to be patient to have a perfect results.
